1. Who we are
DriverSheet is operated by CHIQUESI CREATIVE STUDIO LTD, trading as DriverSheet, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17196117. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

2. Using DriverSheet
DriverSheet helps delivery businesses manage drivers, route assignments, daily reports, earnings, invoices and related operational records. You must use the service only for lawful business purposes and in line with any account permissions given to you.
- Keep sign-in details, driver access codes and one-time passcodes confidential.
- Enter accurate information and review generated reports before relying on them.
- Do not attempt to access another business, driver or account without permission.
3. Manager and driver responsibilities
Managers are responsible for configuring their company account, drivers, rates, routes and invoice settings accurately. Drivers are responsible for submitting genuine screenshots and checking previews before confirming reports.
DriverSheet may use automation, including screenshot extraction, to reduce manual entry. Automated output is a workflow aid, not a guarantee that every figure is correct.
4. Availability and changes
We work to keep DriverSheet reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend or change parts of the service where needed for security, maintenance, compliance or product improvement.
5. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared, retained and deleted. By using DriverSheet, you confirm that any personal data you enter is provided with the right authority and notices.
6. Liability
DriverSheet is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss of business, or errors caused by inaccurate data entered by users or third-party service interruptions.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer or employment law gives you rights that cannot be changed by contract.
